Google reviews can increase a businesses reputation online and it’s a great way to attract more customers! Google is offering a better way to send our your review links – through your Google My Business page! Before, Google used the Place Id in the past and it was cumbersome and slightly clunky.
Why are reviews so important? Some researchers have calculated that 90% of consumers and their buying decisions are influenced by reviews. This makes sense, right? You read a bad review and you’re probably less likely to by the product or services. The opposite can be said for positive reviews.
All it takes to get your own Google My Business review link is just a few clicks and you can send that link off to your customers!
Step 1: Log Into your Google My Business account
How do you do this? It’s like logging into any of your Google Services. Type in Google My Business and click the login button. From there you should be good to go!
Step 2: Go to the Home tab within your business account
This one should be easy – it’s the tab that you’re automatically logged into.
Step 3: Click on the Share Review Form button
From there you can copy the link and you’re good to go! Reviewers will be sent to your review page when they click through!
That’s it! From that link you can add it to an email or a review form that you send out to customers.
